Privacy and rights contact: privacidad@mifral.com. Aldo Vidauri is internally responsible for handling ARCO requests. This notice concerns the informational corporate website and enquiries received through that channel, within the Mexican framework.

If you email Mifral, it may receive your name, email address, organisation, role, and the content or files you choose to share. The site does not request sensitive data, financial data or credentials.

The information is used to respond to and follow up on your enquiry, understand the context of a possible engagement, and manage related communications. This website operation does not include campaigns, advertising profiles or data sales.

The site is static and does not incorporate forms, accounts, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or remotely hosted fonts. Email links open your email application or provider; the message is sent through that service.

Page delivery and network security may involve the hosting provider processing IP addresses, technical request information and operational logs. The intended hosting architecture uses Cloudflare. Mifral uses Microsoft 365 for email on its mifral.com domain.

Providers supporting these purposes may process data according to their role and applicable terms, including from other countries. Disclosure for third-party advertising is not contemplated. Any transfer requiring consent will be subject to the applicable legal conditions.

Enquiries that do not result in a contractual relationship are deleted twelve months after the last contact. Information needed for contracts or legal obligations is retained separately for the applicable period. Once the purpose and applicable periods end, deletion or blocking applies where appropriate. You may ask about handling and retention in your case through the privacy contact.

Access should be limited to the people and providers needing to support those purposes. Avoid sharing sensitive or confidential information that is unnecessary for an initial enquiry.

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or opposition to the processing of your data, limits on its use or disclosure, and withdrawal of consent where applicable. Email privacidad@mifral.com with the subject “Privacy”, describing your request and how we can respond.

To process a request, verification of identity or representation and clarification of the data concerned may be required. A response will be provided within the applicable legal period: generally up to twenty business days to determine whether it can be granted and, if granted, fifteen further business days to implement it, subject to legally permitted extensions.

Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed or obligations that must be maintained under applicable provisions. Do not provide more information than is necessary to manage your request.
